How it Works

Early in the program you will set your objectives for the quarter and for the year, along with the key results relating to these objectives (The OKR process).

Then you embark on the journey with me as your dedicated and only personal coach; also fully committed to you success.  We meet twice per month in one-on-one coaching sessions, with OKR goal tracking.  

In addition, you will participate in a once peer week video call with a group of like-minded peers who share their experiences as they also push themselves and strive to achieve their objectives and their best life.

The weekly and monthly cadence allows for fast learning and personal growth; reducing back-sliding and reverting to old ways of behaving and reacting.

Program Details

Session 1

Using good science, you will discover your true strengths, challenges, and expertise.
In this first session, we begin the journey to truly "know thyself".
There is one personality assessment to be completed prior to the first session.
  • Review third party assessment
  • High-level review of your current business, health and fitness
  • Overview of the program, the process, and tools we will use - which we explore with assessment and leadership circles
  • Understand the best ways to make a successful shift

Session 2

The ultimate integrity is following your passion.

In this session, you will address this issue in a very practical way with others. Through this experience, you aim to discover what it is you really want to do?

Whom could you become as a result of doing that with passion?
  • Gain clarity
  • Resolve to stand for yourself
  • Introduction to fitness-tracking and data collection
  • Energy, exercise, and nutrition
  • The Law of Conservation of Energy

Session 3 – The Plan

The rubber meets the road as we start utilizing collected data and proven methods (OKRs) for achieving your goals, while you're learning how to coach others to achieve their goals. 
  • Introduction to the Objectives and Key Results OKR process
  • Skin-in-the-game - what will you put on the line/commit for this program?
  • Learn tracking software and data results

Session 4 – Clarity

Good research and theory help you move forward.
In this session, we begin integrating data into your daily and weekly cadences. 

We also examine where you are going using the structure of maps in business and industry:
  • Who is your ideal "customer"?
  • What do they want?
  • What do they need to do well?

Session 5 – Confidence

When you are clear about where you are going, and you are doing the work, confidence begins to emerge.

In this session, you will learn how to build confidence with real data, practices, and routines. 
  • The importance of structure and organization
  • Keys to mastering difficult, but crucial conversations
  • Keys to using your identified OKRs

Session 6 – Art

Are you enthusiastic and energized by your career? Are you going through the daily motions?
  • True progress begins with honesty and truth
  • Identify and realize your stopping points

Session 7 – Science

Measure what matters.

80% of your results come from 20% of actions and behaviors.

In this session, we learn to use your real data to focus on what matters. 
  • Effectively using tracking data that is relevant to you
  • The role and importance of adaptive unconscious
  • The influence of your connections and environment
  • Deliberate practice and routines

Session 8 – Mindset

Mindset is important, but not easy to maintain. 

In this session, you will learn how to strengthen, manage, and incorporate your best mindset into your routines.

Session 9 – Mastery

Mastery gives and takes. 

Mastery gives back the most extraordinary experience of accomplishment.

Session 10 – Completion
