Bruce R. Dorey, PhD a seasoned executive with over three decades of consulting experience, is passionate about transforming the workplace. As a former Fortune 100 senior executive and successful entrepreneur, Bruce now channels his extensive knowledge into consulting, advising, and speaking at events, in addition to being the CEO and investor in a handful of MEP tech firms. His goal is to help people perform better and relate to work and their work environment positively and healthily.

Bruce's unique approach combines advanced concepts of flow state, cognitive science, exercise physiology and the latest technologies in AR/VR to create workplaces where productivity and personal satisfaction thrive. Experience 

With over 30-years in business, almost half of which were overseas in the Middle East and Europe, Bruce is well-versed in issues of cross-cultural and intergenerational communication. An important aspect of his work has been in supporting the transition of the management and leadership to the next generation.

From his experience as a varsity tennis player and Jr. A Hockey player as a young man, to his international corporate career, and recently, his individualized consulting and speaking practice, Bruce  consistently recognizes the importance of collaboration and shared expertise.  

About-Experience

Education

As a mechanical engineer from the University of Toronto, Bruce has a passion for physics and psychology. He also has an MBA from St. Thomas University (USA) and a PhD from ISM (France) focused on Organizational Development and International Business. Bruce is a Senior Executive Fellow at the Kennedy School, Harvard. Bruce also completed the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Program and is ICF PCC certified.
